About us
Restaurant Da Nico has its roots in 1990, when Roberto Pitzalis opened a small pizzeria in the heart of Sønderborg. In 2001, Nicola Pino joined as a partner, and together they grew the place into a proper restaurant inspired by the classic Italian kitchen.
In 2011, Roberto took the reins alone — and since then, he has kept the tradition he helped create alive with pride and passion. The kitchen always works with the finest ingredients, and the menu reflects authentic Italian cuisine from north to south.
We have room for 50 guests — come as you are, and leave full and happy.

"If you see the kitchen, it is already a good sign. If they speak Italian that is even better. Randomly found this place, the staff were lovely. The food might have taken long, but considering that they are only two, it is normal. I got pasta da Nico and it was delicious. I would gladly go there again."
